01 / Overview

Phases, quantified.

The MSAT is a compact, high-precision instrument designed to quantify the magnetic and structural phases of steels and alloys.

MSAT system

Measures retained austenite fractions in transformation-induced plasticity (TRIP) and stainless steels, ferrite and martensite content in dual-phase materials, and magnetic moment at saturation for metallic components.

With its intuitive user interface, traceable calibration and fast analysis cycle, MSAT enables reliable material characterization for both research laboratories and production quality control environments.
